I had a complete electrical failure which left me without light or heating. I phoned IQ electrical who sorted out an available engineer and then gave me wait time of 30mins (dependent on the distance). This was accurate and the two engineers who came were very friendly and sorted out the problem very quickly, they then explained the likely cause and waited 15mins to make sure the problem did'nt recur. The charge was very reasonable, Very pleased.
